On this day in 1986, Salt-N-Pepa released their classic debut studio album Hot, Cool & Vicious. This album reached Platinum status making them the first female Rap Act EVER to be certified Platinum. It includes the singles My Mic Sounds Nice, Tramp, Push It & Chick On The Side.
