On this day in 1990, Public Enemy released their third studio album Fear Of A Black Planet. This album (like their previous one) was certified Platinum. It album includes the singles Fight The Power, as well as 911 Is A Joke, Welcome To The Terrordome, Brother's Gonna Work It Out & Burn Hollywood Burn.
