On this day in 1990, Oakland rapper MC Hammer released his 2nd major album (his 3rd album overall) Please Hammer, Don't Hurt 'Em. This album remains his most successful album to date. It was certified Diamond (10 million copies sold) & peaked at #1 on Billboard's Hot 200 Albums Chart as well as the R&B Albums Chart. It includes the singles U Can't Touch This, Have You Seen Her, Pray and Here Comes The Hammer.
