On this day in 1994, MC Hammer released his 4th major label album The Funky Headhunter. This album sees Hammer taking a different approach with more of a street persona but unfortunately it wasn't well received among his diehard fans. Nevertheless the album still went Platinum. It includes the singles Don't Stop, It's All Good & Pumps & A Bump.
