On this day in 1993, Jam Master Jay protege's Onyx released their classic debut studio album Bacdafucup. This album was certified Platinum and won a Soul Train Music Award in 1994 for Best Rap Album. This album includes the singles Throw Ya Gunz, Slam & Shifftee.
