Happy Bornday Trick Daddy. Born Maurice Young September 27, 1973. Young (a Miami, Florida native) released his debut album Based On A True Story in 1997. His next 2 releases (www.thug.com and Book Of Thugs: Chapter AK Verse 47) both reached Gold Status & included the singles Nann Nigga (Featuring: Trina) & Shut Up. In 2001 he released Thugs Are Us. This would be his most successful album to date, having sold over a million copies. It includes the hits Take It To Da House & I'm A Thug. His next 2 releases (Thug Holiday & Thug Matrimony: Married To The Streets) both reached Gold Status (the latter which includes the Gold Selling singles Let's Go & Sugar).
