On this day in 1994, EPMD member Parrish "PMD" Smith released his debut solo LP Shade Business. This would be the first of two solo albums Parrish would make before reuniting with Erick Sermon in '97 after a 4+ year split. This album includes the singles I Saw It Cummin' & Swing Your Own Thing.
