He co-produced several hits for Riley such as Wreckx-n-Effect's hit Rumpshaker. He soon teamed up with Chad Hugo, a multi-instrumentalist (also from Virginia) & they formed the production duo The Neptunes. Their production catalog includes hits for artists such as S.W.V. (Use Your Heart), N.O.R.E. (Superthug) as well as the late Ol' Dirty Bastard (Got Your Money), Philly's Most Wanted (Cross The Border). Their catalog includes contributions to Ludacris (Southern Hospitality), Jay-Z (Excuse Me Miss) as well as (Change Clothes), (I Just Wanna Love U). They also produced Snopp Dogg's first #1 Billboard's Hot 200 Single (Drop It Like it's Hot). The Neptunes have 4 Grammy Awards to their credit.
