Happy Birthday @RealDougEFresh Doug E. Fresh. Born Douglas E. Davis September 17, 1966. Davis (a.k.a. The Original Human Beat Box) got his start in 1984 on the label Enjoy Records. He released his first single The Original Human Beat Box. Then in 1985 he teamed up with MC Ricky D (later known as The Ruler Slick Rick) & made the classic hit The Show, which was produced by a then unknown Harlem teenager Edward Theodore "Teddy" Riley. This song remains a Hip Hop classic 32 years later. Davis (along with The Get Fresh Crew) has released 4 albums during his career (Oh My God, The World's Greatest Entertainer, Doin' What I Gotta Do & Play). They includes such hits as All The Way to Heaven & Keep Risin' To The Top & I-Ight.
