Then in 1995 he struck again with his Triple Platinum single Gangsta's Paradise, from the Dangerous Minds Soundtrack. This song would have won an Oscar Award had it not been for the fact that the music was not original. It was taken from Stevie Wonder's song Pastime Paradise, from his Diamond Selling 1976 album Songs In The Key Of Life.
